Missionary

The Gospel is the Good News that our Creator God reaches out to us in love through Jesus Christ!

As Christians, as followers of Christ, this fact fills our lives. And as Jesus Christ reaches out to us in love, so must we, as God's servants and agents in this world, reach out in love to the rest of those whom God created. It is our response to God's love.

As humans, we desire to share the things that are most important to us. As Christians, that one most important thing is the Good News that Jesus brought to the world. When Andrew met Jesus and heard him speak, he had to find his brother Peter and share what he had heard and seen. When Philip sensed that the Ethiopian was seeking the divine, the Holy Spirit prompted him to share the living presence of Jesus Christ.
